How do I change my password or user id?

As of July 1, 2004 changing account information such as user id and password is managed via telephone or verified live chat.   While this is tedious and time consuming, it insures you and Sophio that we are not distributing authentication information inappropriately.  We hope in the near future to have user and password modification available on our control panel.
