MSXML2 errors on home pages

To solve this problem you need to click start, then run, then type:  gpedit.msc

Once it opens, navigate to this location:  Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->System-> UserProfiles 

The policy setting 'Do not forcefully unload the user registry at user logoff' needs to be 'enabled'

After you apply it, do an IISRESet and all should be good.
