If your trackinv is OFF and you do not use the ADVSET SHOWOUTOFSTOCKITEMS and ALLOWOVERSELL is not being used, we force the stock to 99999 so you can sell what you do not have--a feature requested of some clients. If your trackinv is OFF, then there is no reason to set the ALLOWOVERSELL because all items will be sellable.
