If you are an authorized supplier of Sophio FBS, please login to the portal using your credentials. Once logged in, choose 'Return Manifest' from the Returns Menu and find the return manifest you wish to manage. The most recent returns manifest should be at the top of the list. Click the numeric manifest id to display the list of returned items. A 'write off' link will be in the first column of results. To quickly find the part number you wish to write off, hit ctrl+f in your browser to 'find it'.
The write off page will appear and give you a collection of reasons to write off the return. Keep in mind, Sophio FBS is an extension of your warehouse when it comes to returns processing. Most retailers have a 'no hassle return policy'. As such, 'bad returns' are a cost of doing business in the fulfillment world. If you still feel that the item should be written off, you are free to do so.
