How come our Shipworks or Shipstation is having trouble connecting to our Sophio store?

The Sophio platform will block ip's that are crawling your webstore to quickly.  Please contact Shipstation or Shipworks to reduce the number of calls to no more than 1 per minute,  We have discovered in the past that Shipworks specifically might contact your website over 100,000 times per day.  This causes unnecessary strain on the system resources and our system will block the ip automatically.  If you can confirm that Shipstation or Shipworks has updated their configuration and reduced the number of times they contact your website looking for orders, please create a support ticket and ask us to manually remove the ip address.  If the calls continue to come in as they were, the system will continue to block the ip.  The best practice is to have shipworks contact your Sophio store once per every thirty minutes.
