How do I increase list artificially when the supplier's cost plus my markup exceeds list?

Occasionally, your supplier will have a cost that when your pricing model calculates the selling price exceeds list price.  The software behaves in this manner.

1.  List will be set to match the selling price (default)
    a.  You do not have to do anything as this is the default behavior.

2.  List can be set to 0.00
    a.  In your control panel (admin.epc) go to the link 'Edit Advanced Setting Fields', and scroll to the option called 'hidelist'.   Type the word TRUE and click save settings buttons.

3.  List can be increased by a percentage of your selling price.
    a.  In your control panel (admin.epc) go to the link 'Edit Advanced Setting Fields', and scroll to the option called 'Markup List When Needed'.   Enter the percentage like this 1.20 to add 20% to your calculated selling price to be used as list price.
