1. Make sure you have an active support plan attached to your account. Free trials cannot be used to calculate data feeds or sell on ebay.
2. Go to your supplier settings and setup FBS as a supplier profile. Use the page createbrokerageaccount.wws to get started. This will generate an account with Sophio based on the information in your current store settings. A credit card is not required at this time, but it is required when you send us your first order.
3. Visit the marketplace tab on the advanced store settings (storesetup.wws).
4. On the eBay marketplace tab be sure all the fields marked with an * are completed. In most cases the defaults will be fine.
5. Contact WHI/eBay and obtain the ftp credentials for posting your inventory feed. Your inventory feed will be re-created each night.
