This process is what allows your store to pull orders from eBay, post tracking numbers, retrieve and post messages, and process returns.
1. Go first to your Advanced Store Settings - storesetup.wws
2. Click the Marketplace tab
3. You will see a link to "login to ebay" - click it
4. Once logged in. click the button to Authorize Sophio to Access. This step should generate a special session key, that will be stored in your 'store' settings.
5. Depending on what browser you use, the state of your ebay store, and a host of other things, you might have to close your browser and then go back to step 1, then step 2.
6. If you are on the Marketplace tab again instead of the link saying 'login to ebay' it should say ''Step 2: Fetch eBay Auth Token" - click it
7. If no errors, you should be done. To confirm you are done, go back once more to the Marketplace tab (step 1 and 2) and you should see a big alphanumeric authorization key in the box.
