Can we edit how the catalog page looks with the IMC user interface?

This is not an article but notes from our dev team.

These are advset tags that can be turned on or off.  Value is true or false.  If left empty they are considered TRUE or ON.

imcAcesFilterCategories

imcAcesFilterAlpha

imcAcesFilterPartTypes

imcAcesFilterSorting

imcAcesFilterKeyword

These advset tags below control whether or not the area above is a menu item or a button item.  Default is buttons.

imcAcesOptionsLayout

imcAcesCategoryLayout

imcAcesAlphaLayout

imcAcesSortLayout

imcAcesOptionsLayout is a special setting.  if you don't want to split the the section in different areas but have all of them as menu or all as buttons by setting only imcAcesOptionsLayout will be enough.

imcAcesOptionsContainer

imcAcesCategoryContainer

imcAcesAlphaContainer

imcAcesSortContainer

imcAcesPtypeContainer

there you can configure where you want each panel to be displayed.  System expects an existing css class or css id.  The imcAcesOptionsContainer works the same like imcAcesOptionsLayout if you want all the panels in the left column.  it's enough to set the imcAcesOptionsContainer and the rest will inherit from there if you want finer control then you can set the rest.
