I am on a MAC and cannot connect to your ftp server...

We recommend using the latest version of FETCH which can be downloaded from http://fetchsoftworks.com/ .  You will need to edit the 'non standard port' to the port id that we told you to use in the welcome email we sent when we opened your account.  In addition, you need to go to the 'firewall' panel in the Fetch software and turn ON the 'passive transfer' option.
