Why are my results different in Nexpart than they are in my B2C webstore?

First and foremost it is important to understand that there are many different settings available in your Sophio Webstore and your Nexpart b2b site.A‚A  Sophio is controlled in both places.A‚A  For example, if you ask your b2b store to hide the items with zero stock in your b2b store they will not be available to your Sophio b2c store.A‚A  Another very important aspect of your integration is the fact that pricing must be available to your webstore for the item to be purchased at your b2c site.A‚A  Sometimes the manufacturers decide to stop giving pricing to WHI and in that case your b2c store will not have pricing for items you do not stock, hence they cannot be purchased or even displayed at your b2c store.

There are various switches and buttons that can be configured in Sophio to hide or display items as well.A‚A  In fact there are too many too document when adding up all the combinations.A‚A  With that said, if you are concerned about items not appearing that you think should, please first check to see if the stock is greater than zero and if there is a 'cost' or jobber/list price.A‚A  If not, you already know why the item is not able to be displayed.

You can try going to your store settings and turning on or off the switch 'trackinv'.A‚A  When trackinv is turned on your store only shows items that have a stock value greater than 0.A‚A  That is one example of something you can adjust yourself without requiring our support.
