How do I change the message in the catalog regarding no stock?

For our IMC integration, you are able to modify the text that says, "There are no applications available"

1) Go to store settings
2) Go to the 'cepcconfig' field
3) add this tag: Put your custom comments or html here
4) Save and Exit
