I host NexpartB2C Software myself, and my stores won't start - Help!

Troubleshooting

1.  Is your cpu at 100% on the server?  If so, using End Task, cancel the Sophio exe file (webstore.exe) and do an IISRESET from the command prompt.  This will reset the web server and the Sophio software.  Don't forget to manually re-start the webstore.exe file.

2.  The Sophio software runs in File Based and COM (service model).  If your installation is using the File Based mode, and the sites will not start, you may have a corrupt temp folder.  This folder is normally d:\wctemp\countercat or d:\wctemp\sophio\.  You can safely delete this folder (or rename it) and recreate it after you have stopped the webstore.exe files running.
