How do I resend an order to WorldPac after an error?

When you click Send from the invoice report, the Sophio web server connects to the WorldPac server across a VPN (virtual private network). Once the connection is made, we use XML to transmit the order to the WorldPac server. The WorldPac server processes the order, and returns to the Sophio Web server an order id. The Sophio server then updates each lineitem with the order id from WorldPac. The moment you click Send, we add a record to the WorldPac Order Send log which is a system file on the Sophio server.

If you get an error during this process, or the invoice report is not updated and you try to send again, you will be presented with a screen that says,
