To our Valued Sophio and WHI Customers,
Happy New Year and thank you for your business, we look forward to helping you grow in 2020 and beyond. WHI Solutions and Sophio have agreed to transition your Nexpart B2C billing and Tier 1 Technical Support to Sophio effective 02/01/2020. Your monthly fees will not change. Your last invoice from WHI for Nexpart B2C will be for January 2020 services. Your first invoice from Sophio will be for February 2020 services. In order to make this transition as smooth as possible, we respectfully ask that you pay your WHI account in full once you receive your final billing from WHI in early February which will cover January services.
Going forward, Sophio will be your vendor for all things B2C: web sites, web design, software enhancements, technical and sales support, site and system upgrades, and billing. Our goal is to provide a single-source customer service experience for our B2C customers.
Furthermore, billing will be managed by the Automotive Distribution Network's accounts receivable department located in Germantown, TN. You may receive emails or snail mail invoices from them with a different letterhead. If you wish to pay for your service via credit card, please contact Ashlea Depriest at (901) 682-9090 x156.
