Before you get started you must apply to be an Auto Parts seller on Amazon. Once approved, take the following steps.
1. Go to your Amazon Marketplaces tab in the Advanced Settings and configure the various settings.
- a. Be sure that the Seller Id, Marketplace Id, and Authorization Token are retrieved from Amazon Seller Central and placed in the corresponding fields that you see.
- b. Set the 'send amazon daily inventory' to TRUE. The inventory file will be sent daily, once Amazon accepts your inventory (next step)
2. Open the shopping feed generator page shoppingfeedgenerator.wws (add this page to your stores url, or go to the Marketing menu from your control panel.
- a. Use the following settings.
- 1. Shopping Feed Type: Consolidated Titles
- 2. Department Type: WHI Aftermarket (if you are a catalog-2 b2c site, and ACES if you are a catalog-3 b2c site)
- 3. Destination: Amazon
- 4. Max Number of Products: 350,000
- 5. Minimum Stock: 0
- 6. Minimum Selling Price: 0
Once you generate the feed, Amazon will add these items as 'products' to your Amazon inventory. This is the first main step. The process takes several hours, and can take as long as a day or longer. An email will be sent to you from Sophio with an exception report that should be reviewed. There will be many items rejected which is normal. There is nothing much that can do about it so do not be alarmed. However, if ALL of your items are rejected, please let support know and we'll confirm the configuration is good. If it is good, you'll need to contact Amazon seller support for guidance.
