First you have to decide if you want the registrar to manage your DNS (this is the most common choice) or if you want us to do it for you. If you want your registrar to manage your dns, contact their support and ask them to create CNAME records to yourdomainname.sophio.com. If your domain name is autoparts.com, the cname would be AUTOPARTS.sophio.com not AUTOPARTS.COM.sophio.com.
