How do transaction fee's work?

In order to avoid confusion we have decided to follow the eBay policy for 'final closing fees' aka 'transaction fee's.  The eBay policy reads:  “If the item sells, you're charged a final value fee. Final value fees are calculated based on the total amount of the sale and are charged per item.  The total amount of the sale is the final price of the item, shipping charges, and any other amounts you may charge the buyer. Sales tax is not included."

When a seller does not complete a sale, ebay has this policy which we also follow. “To be eligible to receive a final value fee credit, you must have resolved a return, refund, or cancellation request opened in My eBay or Seller Hub. You're also eligible for a final value fee credit if you open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Center."

In other words, please VOID your order or DELETE it from your dashboard before the billing period ends.  If you do this, our system that generates the transaction fee's will not include the order in the system calcuation.
